Service Hours

The dispatch desk is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every week of the year, holidays included. Emergency calls are attended at any hour at the ordinary daytime rate. Scheduled work, measurements for new doors and tune ups are normally booked between seven in the morning and seven in the evening, though we will work around trading hours for commercial customers where that suits you better.
